SMS and text messaging terms

Program: Handled LLC (operating as Handled AI) sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and callback follow-up messages by text.

How to opt in: You may opt in verbally during a phone call to (320) 441-6882, or by texting START to that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Handled LLC does not charge for text messages; charges come from your mobile carrier.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, text START to (320) 441-6882.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular. Carrier support may change without notice.

Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handled AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, with venue in Stearns County, Minnesota.
