AI Consulting for Small and Mid-Sized Businesses

Most AI advice is written for enterprises with a data team. We work with operators who have 10 to 500 employees, a handful of systems that do not talk to each other, and staff spending hours on paperwork. We find the work AI is genuinely good at, build one thing that proves it, then hand it over.

[ 01 ] How it works

Find the busywork. Automate one thing. Prove it.

  • Workflow shadowing and opportunity mapping
  • ROI and risk modeling per workflow
  • Pilot builds on your real data
  • AI usage policy and staff training
  • Vendor selection and review
  • Documented handoff to your team
01

What an assessment actually produces

Two days shadowing your team, on-site or remote. You get your five most automatable workflows ranked by hours saved, the cost and risk of automating each one, and a modeled return. Processes that should be left alone or fixed conventionally are listed too — usually about a third of what we score.

02

From map to working pilot

We build one use case end to end in four to eight weeks, deployed to real users on real data and measured against how long the task takes today. If the pilot does not beat the baseline, you stop there having spent weeks instead of a year.

03

Vendor-neutral by design

We do not resell software. Builds run on proven, mainstream AI and automation platforms your team can maintain, chosen to fit your budget and the systems you already pay for.

[ 02 ] FAQ

Questions we get first.

Do we need clean data before starting?

No. We start with the workflows you already run every day. Most engagements begin with a small cleanup inside one workflow rather than a company-wide data project.

Who owns what you build?

You do — code, prompts, documentation, and accounts. We design the handoff so your team can run it without us.

How do we start?

A free 15-minute call. We ask about the work that eats the most hours, and tell you honestly whether AI or automation is worth it for your operation.
